Refund policy

1. Exchange Policy

If you receive your item and find that the size is not suitable, we are happy to offer an exchange, provided that the jewelry and its inner packaging remain intact and undamaged. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product to our designated U.S. warehouse. Once our warehouse staff receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it is in perfect condition, we will ship the new size you requested.

  • Standard shipping for the replacement item takes 5–10 business days.

  • If you need expedited shipping (4–7 business days), an additional fee of $35 will apply.

Please note that only one exchange is permitted per order. We kindly ask that you carefully confirm your desired size before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Once your order has been processed and shipped (tracking number generated), we can only accept 50% returns or issue refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective. This is because the high costs associated with international shipping logistics and unique nature of jewelry products, and the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to our designated warehouse in the US.

3. Quality Issues Exception

If you receive a damaged/faulty item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo/video evidence
  • We will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios 

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect color choices
  • Minor packaging imperfections
  • International customs delays

5. Unaccepted Returns 

Any return shipment sent without prior authorization will be rejected at the destination warehouse. Customer bears all associated fees.
